Rong xà lách, hay còn gọi là rong Ulva, Sea Lettuce sở dĩ được gọi tên như vậy là vì hình dáng rong giống lá xà lách. Chỉ lựa chọn rong ở vùng nước sạch, cách xa khu dân cư và khu đô thị, ba vùng biển nguyên liệu là Quảng Ngãi, Khánh Hoà và Ninh Thuận. Ngư dân khai thác bằng cách chờ thuỷ triều xuống thấp, kéo bè ra xa bờ 40-50m và cắt từng mảng lớn đem về.
Rong xà lách là một loại siêu thực phẩm với nhiều canxi, i-ốt tự nhiên, protein, vitamin và chất xơ, đặc biệt cần thiết cho người ăn chay không có điều kiện bổ sung i-ốt từ hải sản.
Rong xà lách là rong thuần Việt, xuất khẩu sang các nước Đông Bắc Á như Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Trung Quốc, tự hào là dòng rong lục của người Việt Nam được bạn bè quốc tế đón nhận.
Thành phần: rong xà lách Ulva tươi sấy lạnh, muối biển tinh khiết (bảo quản). Sản phẩm hoàn toàn không sử dụng phụ gia bảo quản tổng hợp.
Hướng dẫn sử dụng: rửa 2 lần nước cho hết mặn, tiếp tục ngâm trong nước sạch khoảng 3-5 phút cho rong nở bung ra, vớt ráo sử dụng.
Sản phẩm dùng để: nấu canh soup hải sản, nghiền trong soup cua, làm món trộn salad chua ngọt, salad mè rang, chiên xào, băm nhỏ nấu cháo.
